The short version: this site has no accounts, no user database, and no marketing list. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
This site is operated by Vyagute AI, a sole proprietorship based in Nepal, which sells the "Viral AI Video" online course.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at maximthapa33@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We are the data controller for this website.
We want to be specific rather than vague, because the answer is unusually short:
One thing we do use: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising measurement, so we can tell whether people who saw one of our adverts went on to buy. It is described in full in sections 3 and 5. It never receives your name, email, or phone number — we do not have them to give.
Access to the course works through a one-way cryptographic token rather than an account, which is why we can operate without holding personal records.
Instead of a server-side account, we store a few small values in your own browser's local storage. These stay on your device, and we cannot read them remotely:
course_token, course_tx, course_amt — your unlock token and its transaction reference, so the course stays unlocked on return visits. The token is sent back to our server only to check that it is valid.banner_start, banner_dismissed — the state of the discount countdown banner, so it is not restarted or re-shown on every visit.fb_purchase_tx — the reference of a purchase we have already counted, so that reloading the page after paying does not report the same sale twice.Clearing your browser data simply re-locks the page; you can unlock it again with your course password.
Cookies: we issue no cookies of our own to customers; the only cookie we set ourselves is an admin_session cookie for the site owner's own dashboard. The Meta Pixel described in section 5 sets two cookies on this domain — _fbp, a random advert-measurement identifier, and _fbc, recorded only if you arrived by clicking one of our adverts. Neither contains anything about you personally. Other third parties described below may set their own cookies on their own domains.
We never see or handle your card or wallet details. Payment is processed entirely by our payment providers:
What comes back to us is only a transaction reference and a "paid / not paid" status, which we use to generate your unlock token. We discard the rest, including any customer details the provider returns.
Loading this page necessarily involves the following services, each of which receives your IP address and browser user-agent as a normal part of serving a request:
| Service | Why it is used | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting and serverless functions | IP address, user-agent, request logs |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Aggregate visitor counts | Page views, referrer, country, coarse device type. Cookieless — it does not identify you individually |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Measuring whether our adverts actually lead to sales | The Meta Pixel reports a small set of anonymous actions — page view, viewing the price, clicking a locked lesson, starting checkout, and completing a purchase (amount and transaction reference only). It receives your IP address, user-agent, the _fbp / _fbc identifiers above, and the page address with the unlock token stripped out. When a purchase completes, our server sends Meta the same purchase event directly, using the same information — this is Meta's Conversions API, and it is a duplicate of the browser report, not extra data. No name, email, phone number, or payment detail is ever sent, because we never collect them. See the Meta privacy policy |
| Google Fonts | The site's typefaces | IP address, user-agent |
| YouTube (Google) | Hosting the unlisted lesson videos | Playing an embedded video connects you to YouTube, which may set its own cookies and record the view under your Google account if you are signed in |
| eSewa | Payment processing | Whatever you enter on their checkout pages |
Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. These are generated and retained by Vercel under its own policy; we do not analyse them, and we do not use them to identify individual customers.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing.
Because we hold no personal records of our own, there is usually nothing for us to hand over or erase — the data connected to your purchase sits with the payment provider, and requests about it are best directed to eSewa. Write to us at maximthapa33@gmail.com and we will help you route the request and confirm what, if anything, we hold.
The site is served over HTTPS. Unlock tokens are signed with a secret key held only on our server and are verified using a timing-safe comparison. Course passwords are compared as SHA-256 hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold no customer data that could be exposed in a breach of this site.
This course is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
