Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Vyagute AI when you buy and use the Viral AI Video course.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Vyagute AI, a sole proprietorship based in Nepal ("we", "us"). By purchasing the course, or by unlocking it with a course password, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy or use the course.

2. What you get

Your purchase gives one person access to:

  • The video lessons of the Viral AI Video course, hosted as unlisted videos on YouTube.
  • The prompt library, which we add to and improve over time.

This is a one-time payment with lifetime access. To be honest about what that means: it is access for as long as we keep the course online. We intend to run it indefinitely, but if we ever have to shut the site down, we will give notice beforehand so you can save what you need. We do not charge a subscription or a renewal fee.

3. Pricing and payment

The course is paid for in Nepali rupees through eSewa, which is currently our only checkout. If you are outside Nepal and cannot use eSewa, email us or message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange access for you directly.

Prices and promotional discounts can change at any time. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Any taxes required in your country are handled by the payment provider.

4. Your access is personal

Your course password and unlock link are for you alone. Please do not share, publish, resell, or post them, and do not give access to a group, class, or team on a single purchase.

If we find that access has been shared or resold, we may change the password or revoke access without a refund. We may also ask everyone to re-unlock with a new password if one gets out.

You are responsible for what happens under your access. If you think your password has leaked, tell us and we will help you sort it out.

5. What you may and may not do with the content

The lesson videos, the written prompts, and the course materials are our intellectual property. Buying the course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them, not ownership of them.

You may:

  • Use the prompts and techniques to make your own videos and images — including commercially. Anything you create with them is yours, and you owe us nothing for it.
  • Adapt the prompts for your own projects and clients.

You may not:

  • Re-upload, mirror, or redistribute the lesson videos.
  • Copy the prompt library and publish, sell, or give it away — whether as a file, a post, a course of your own, or a paid community.
  • Present the course materials as your own work.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email maximthapa33@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your transaction reference, and we will process it.

When a refund is issued, your access to the course ends, and you must stop using the course materials.

After 7 days we do not offer refunds, since the content is delivered immediately and in full at the time of purchase. Refunds are sent back through eSewa, so the money may take a few business days to reach you. Nothing here removes any refund right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

7. No guarantee of results

The course teaches methods and prompts for making AI videos. It does not promise views, followers, virality, or income. What you achieve depends on your own effort, your niche, your consistency, and factors — platform algorithms above all — that nobody controls. Please treat any example results as illustrations, not as a forecast of yours.

8. Third-party AI tools

The course refers to AI tools made by other companies. Those tools have their own terms, their own pricing, and their own content rules, and any of them can change, add limits, or disappear at short notice. We are not responsible for their availability, cost, or output, and a change on their side is not grounds for a refund outside the window in section 6. You are responsible for following the terms of any tool you use and for the content you publish.

9. Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

  • Try to bypass the paywall, tamper with unlock tokens, or reverse-engineer how access works.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or automate requests against the site or its API.
  • Attempt to reach the admin dashboard or any part of the site you have not paid for.
  • Disrupt the service for other people.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

10. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access — hosting, YouTube, or a payment provider can go down, and maintenance happens. We may update, reorganise, or replace course content and prompts over time; usually this means more material, not less.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the page.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the course or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost audience, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
